Alright…I know it has been a really long time since I posted something here, so let me first apologize to Sarah since I was getting on to her about posting things. With that out of the way, I just wanted to let everyone know of a great pro-life event that is sponsored by Stand True Ministries. They are organizing a National Mother’s Day Baby Shower. I would encourage everyone to get involved. Here at Intercessor, we are supporting a local ministry called Momma’s House, which provides housing and care for young women that have no where else to turn. The idea of this event is to contact a local crisis pregnancy center, like Birthright International, and find out what needs they have and then collect those items. It’s a simple idea, but can have a great impact on your local community. Check out the website to find out how to sign up.

So last week I began chewing on the definition of “orphan.” How do we minister to these to them? This past weekend my church went to Planned Parenthood and prayed the Liturgy at Time of Death for the Pre-born. During this service there is a time of releasing the murdered children into the arms of God. For me, this is the greatest way we can minister to these orphans.
